Making a sleek volleyball recruiting profile is a smart decision. Wanna know why? Because college volleyball is endlessly competitive. That's what makes the recruiting process so great: getting recruited for spots on college volleyball teams is a fun and competitive process in and of itself. Think of it as a precursor to the sort of competition you'll experience while playing volleyball in college.

Maybe you're wondering, "What makes it so competitive?" First of all, there's the scholarship problem. With 4.5 scholarships for each NCAA DI and DII men's team, 12 scholarships for DI women's teams, and 8 scholarships for DII women's teams, there clearly isn't an excess of scholarships out there.
